FASHION FILM
The space in the ever-shifting argument between the intangibility of gender theory and what the daily practice of getting and being dressed signifies, offers an opportunity to create new methods of writing feminist theory using a multi-dimensional autobiographical practice. By layering fragments of performance, still imagery, type, and audio, I am continuously exploring ways in which “knowledge [and the practice of knowledge] is transmitted through embodied action” (Taylor xvi).
